Welcome to S.A.M.S.
Sussex Arts, Music and Skills, or S.A.M.S. for short, is a place to learn, create and escape the stresses of life. Situated on the edge of Herstmonceux village in beautiful rural surroundings, it’s a peaceful, comfortable, cosy space, ideally suited to small groups wanting to get away from it all and get inspired.
We offer one-to-one piano lessons, guitar lessons, vocal coaching, songwriting coaching and weekly Acoustic Guitar and Ukulele groups, courses in healing arts such as Reiki and Meditation, courses in Watercolour Painting and occasional Mosaic making workshops. We also offer Reiki, Aromatherapy and Reflexology treatments onsite.
With fabulous views and a beautiful garden backing onto open countryside, there is always the option of working outside on sunny days. We also have a beautiful holiday flat and can arrange art/music/healing retreat holidays tailored to you.
